Shipping/Delivery

United States

All packages will now be shipped tracked and not through letter mail. Tracked packages will usually take around 1 to 3 business days with some exceptions due to COVID-19. 

All orders are sent through USPS. 

International

Tracked packages will usually take around 6 to 20 business days depending on the area.

Once the order has been dropped off or given to the postal carrier it is no longer under our control. We are not liable for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages. But if something happens or you are curious about your order you can always contact us at heavensdstudios@gmail.com

Free Shipping Policy

All orders in the US over 75$ will receive free shipping. All orders internationally over 100$ will also receive free shipping. These will not apply to any orders with the bullet journals.

Returns/Exchanges 

All sales will be final. We will not be accepting returns or exchanges upon delivery. If you have any questions about your order or products, please email heavensdstudios@gmail.com. There will be a 24 hour limit on cancellations. If you've contacted me after 24 hours of placing the order, the cancellation will not be accepted. We will also not be accepting cancellations after the order has been shipped out.
